At BikeSportz, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If something isn’t right, please report the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
Order / Invoice Issues
If your issue relates to your order details or invoice, please select one of the following options in the Order / Invoice Issues form:
Incorrect Items Received – you received the wrong product(s).
Missing Items – one or more items from your order were not included.
Invoicing / Pricing – an issue with your invoice or pricing.
Freight / Delivery Issues
If your issue relates to freight or delivery, please select one of the following options in the Freight / Delivery Issues form:
Arrived Damaged – your order or item arrived damaged in transit.
Partially Delivered – part of your order was missing on delivery.
Please note: consignments signed for in full but later disputed as partially delivered remain the responsibility of the receiver. We will always investigate, but if you sign for more items than you actually received, we cannot raise this with the freight company as the consignment was signed off as complete.-
Not Received – your order has not arrived.
Ordered Incorrectly or No Longer Required
If you have ordered an item incorrectly or no longer require it, this is handled under our Product Returns Policy.

Important Information
Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
